What are the precautions for installing Bare Engine?

When disassembling Bare Engine, cooling water should be put in first, and the Isuzu Engine nuts should be gradually loosened from the outside to the middle several times.

When assembling Bare Engine, first remove the oil, carbon particles, rust and other impurities in the joint surface of the Isuzu Engine and the cylinder and the cylinder bolt hole, and blow them clean with high-pressure gas to avoid insufficient pressure on the Isuzu Engine by the bolts.

When tightening the Isuzu Engine screws, it should be cross-symmetrical three times from the middle to both ends.

The Isuzu Engine nuts are screwed from the inside to the outside to the specified torque to avoid warping and deformation of the Isuzu Engine or failures such as the cylinder gasket jumping during work, causing deformation, air leakage, water leakage and other Isuzu Engine regulations.

The small torque of various engines is ~145N·m. 495 type is 120~140N·m; 4125A is 180~210N·m; S195 type is 200~220N·m.

After the whole machine is installed for several hours, the tightness of the cylinder head nut tightening torque must be checked.
