(1) Check the gap between the
Bare Engine and check whether the gap between the Bare Engine is suitable for interference.
(2) Put the piston in water and heat it. After the water boils, heat it for 5 to 8 minutes.
(3) After removing the piston, quickly insert the small end of the connecting rod between the
Isuzu Engine seats, then push the Isuzu Engine by hand and install the retaining ring.
(4) Do not install the wrong direction of the connecting rod and piston.
(5) Do not give up halfway when inserting the Isuzu Engine to avoid difficulty in insertion after it is hot.
(6) The retaining ring opening should face the upper and lower directions of the piston to prevent it from falling off during work.
