First, install a cylinder on the
Bare Engine, then wrap the piston tightly with an iron ring, and push it gently with a hammer handle.
At the same time, turn the Bare Engine to near the top dead center so that the connecting rod big end can be installed and accurately fall on the connecting rod shaft.
While pushing the
Cummins Engine, turn the flywheel so that the connecting rod big end rotates with the connecting rod journal to facilitate the installation of the connecting rod cover.
During the rotation process, the connecting rod big end must not be separated from the connecting rod journal to prevent the tile from falling off the crankcase of the human body.
Install the connecting rod cover, tighten the connecting rod bolts as required, turn the flywheel, check whether the Cummins Engine rotates flexibly, and then install the fuse. The excess should be cut off, and do not leave the wire head in the oil pan.
