Bare Engine must not damage the cylinder gasket. Wrinkles or aging and hardening, and cannot be too thick or too thin, otherwise it should be replaced. When installing, the side with the rolled edge should face the cylinder head.

(1) Pay attention to cleaning the Cummins Engine, proceed in order, use special tools, and do not knock at will.

(2) Pay attention to various markings on the Cummins Engine. Various combinations, such as cylinder and piston, piston pin and connecting rod, crankshaft bearing, connecting rod bearing cannot be interchanged, and should be assembled according to the markings when disassembled.

(3) When assembling tightly fitting parts, appropriate heating should be applied to ensure the tightness of the fit, but the heating should not be too high to prevent changes in the metallographic structure of the part matrix.

(4) Used daily sales. Lock plate.

(5) When assembling Bare Engine, each lubrication part should be coated with lubricating oil.
