If the gap is too large, the lubricating oil will flow out of the gap and the connecting rod mechanism. Improper assembly of the crank connecting rod mechanism will affect the loss and cause oil leakage at the rear end of the crankshaft.
During assembly, the tightness of the bearing should be checked one by one to exert the working performance of the engine and even cause new failures. Therefore, do a good job of inspection.
Before installing the entire oil seal, check whether the oil seal and the crankshaft are concentric. For example, the assembly work of different crank connecting rod components is intended to leak oil due to inconsistent tightness to reduce the failure rate of Bare Engine.
The tightness of the oil seal should be appropriate. Too loose will leak oil, and too tight will increase the friction resistance of the journal and heat up, which will burn the bearing in severe cases.
(1) Check the gap between the Mitsubishi Engine and the connecting rod copper sleeve, the gap between the Mitsubishi Engine and the Bare Engine, and the gap between the Bare Engine and the Bare Engine. Check whether the gap between the Bare Engine and the Bare Engine is suitable for interference.
(2) Heat the piston in water and heat it for 5 to 8 minutes after the water boils.
(3) After removing the piston, quickly insert the small end of the connecting rod between the piston pin seats, then push the piston pin by hand, and then install the retaining ring.
(4) Do not install the connecting rod and piston in the wrong direction.
(5) Do not give up halfway when inserting the Bare Engine to avoid difficulty in inserting after the pin is hot.
(6) The retaining ring opening should face the upper and lower directions of the piston to prevent it from falling off during operation.
