(1) Before installation, check whether the gap between the Mitsubishi Engine end and the edge meets the technical requirements. When installing the old ring, install the ring groove according to the original cylinder number and original order. When installing the Mitsubishi Engine, special tools should be used.

(2) When installing, install the oil ring first, then install the gas ring, and install the chrome-plated barrel ring or chrome-plated rectangular flat ring. When installing the second and third tapered rings, pay attention to facing the side marked with the word "up" toward the cylinder head.

If the inner edge of the twisted ring has a groove, the groove should face up; if the outer edge has a groove, it should be installed downward. The fourth is to install the spiral spring lined oil ring.

When installing, first open the spring from the joint, put it into the Mitsubishi Engine groove, insert the joint, and then install the cast iron ring. The chamfered side faces up and the opening should be opposite the spring joint.

In addition, the openings of the Mitsubishi Engine should be staggered by 90°~120° from each other, and the opening should not be in the direction of the pin hole. The openings of each steel sheet of the combined oil ring should also be staggered from each other.

(3) After the Mitsubishi Engine is installed, the ring should be able to rotate freely in the ring groove and fall into the supporting surface in the groove by its own weight. Lubricating oil should be added to each moving part.
