Check the correction of Bare Engine

If it is found that the Isuzu Engine exceeds the regulations, remember the bending and twisting direction, and use special tools to correct it.

Correcting Bare Engine at room temperature will produce elastic deformation and aftereffect, that is, after unloading, there is residual stress in the rod body, and the Isuzu Engine has a tendency to return to its original state.

Therefore, when correcting Bare Engine with large bending and twisting deformation, stabilize them after correction.

The method is to heat the corrected Isuzu Engine to 400~450℃, keep it warm for 0.5~1h, eliminate residual stress, and avoid restoring the bending state during work.

When correcting Bare Engine with small bending and twisting deformation, keep the correction load for a certain time. After correction, it should be checked again, and so on, until the bending and twisting deformation are corrected until it meets the requirements. The technology should be stopped.

In actual maintenance work, due to the limited level of maintenance technology, low price of accessories and other reasons, most maintenance units do not do Isuzu Engine correction, but replace new parts.
