EW10A RFN 10LH3X is a gasoline Bare Engine developed by the Peugeot Citroen Group (PSA Group), mainly used in Peugeot 307, Citroen Triumph, Citroen Sega, Citroen Picasso and future Citroen C5 models.

 

EW10A Peugeot Citroen Engine adopts an inline four-cylinder, 16-valve double overhead camshaft design and is equipped with a multi-point sequential fuel injection system. Its maximum power is 108 kW (147 horsepower) and its maximum torque is 200 Nm. The engine is made of all-aluminum alloy materials, optimized intake and exhaust pipes, and equipped with a variable intake phase system (VVT), which further improves fuel efficiency and power performance.

 

The EW10A engine is a new generation of gasoline engine developed by the PSA Group in recent years. Compared with the previous EW10J4, the EW10A has added a variable valve timing system (CVVT), which can provide more torque at low speeds, thereby improving the performance of the vehicle under various working conditions. The domestic version of the EW10A has a power 5 kilowatts higher than the foreign version and is mainly used in many models of Peugeot and Citroen.

 

The EW10A Complete Engine is mainly used in models priced between 100,000 and 180,000 yuan. Although its maximum power is slightly lower than that of the BMW 2.0 engine, its torque performance is comparable and it has significant advantages in fuel economy.
