The small head of the
Bare Engine is connected to the piston through the piston pin, and the big head is connected to the crankshaft journal. The size depends on the pressure-bearing area.
The working temperature of the Bare Engine is 90. ~100℃, and the running speed is 3000℃~5000r/min.
In order to ensure that the
MG Roewe Maxus Engine forgings can smoothly enter the automated precision machining production line, the assembly accuracy of the finished parts after processing in the Bare Engine.
At the same time, the MG Roewe
maxus engine forgings are required to have high strength and fatigue life to keep them able to withstand extremely high tensile and compressive alternating stresses at high speeds, so that the crankshaft can always keep balanced.
On the premise of meeting the dimensional accuracy of the drawing, the Bare Engine forgings should also meet the following technical and quality requirements:
The uninjected die forging slope is 3°~5° and the uninjected fillet radius R is between 2. ~5mm.
The non-machined surface should be smooth and free of defects such as cracks, folds, scars, oxide scale (pits with a depth of >1mm).
