1. Introduction to Bare Engine: Bare Engine are subject to the gas force of the piston pin and its own swing and the reciprocating inertia force of the piston group. The magnitude and direction of these forces are periodically changing.

Therefore, Bare Engine are affected by alternating loads such as compression and tension.

Bare Engine must have sufficient fatigue strength and structural stiffness. Insufficient fatigue strength often leads to the breakage of Bare Engine or Isuzu Engine bolts, which in turn causes major accidents of damage to the entire machine.

If the stiffness is insufficient, the rod will bend and deform, the big head of the Isuzu Engine will be out of round and deformed, and the piston, cylinder, bearing, and crank pin will be worn eccentrically.

2. Composition: The Isuzu Engine consists of three parts. The part connected to the piston pin is called the small head of the Isuzu Engine.

The part connected to the crankshaft is called the big head of the Isuzu Engine, and the rod connecting the small head and the big head is called the rod body of the Isuzu Engine.
