Principles and characteristics of Bare Engine

2025-06-18

Bare Engine are a precision hole processing process guided by the processing surface. Under a certain feed pressure, the processing allowance is removed by the relative movement of the tool and the part, and its cutting trajectory is a precision hole processing process with a cross grid.

Honing refers to the use of one or more oil stones installed around the MG Roewe Maxus Engine, and the oil stone is opened upward along the road by the opening mechanism to press it into the hole wall of the workpiece, thereby producing a certain contact surface.
At the same time, the MG Roewe maxus engine rotates and reciprocates. The parts do not move; or the MG Roewe Maxus Engine only rotates and the workpiece reciprocates, thereby realizing honing.
1. High processing accuracy: especially some small and medium-sized through holes, the cylindricality can reach 0.001 mm.
2. Good surface quality: the surface is a cross-grid pattern, which is conducive to the storage of lubricating oil and the maintenance of oil film.
3. Wide processing range: mainly processing various cylindrical holes: through holes, axial and radial intermittent holes
4. Reduced cutting allowance.
5. Strong hole correction ability: By eliminating small processing allowances, the dimensional accuracy, roundness, straightness, cylindricity and surface roughness of holes and outer circles can be greatly improved.
