Precautions for operating Bare Engine

Bare Engine indicate that its speed regulation is to first set the opening of the speed regulating valve (one-way throttle valve) to the middle of the adjustment range, and then gradually adjust the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve. The speed is default and can be determined.

Working pressure, then use the speed regulating valve to accurately adjust, and then adjust your buffer after everything is completed. Adjust the buffer needle valve so that the inertia of the piston is absorbed and its speed does not hit the cylinder head.

After installation, run it 2-3 times without load within the working pressure range to check whether the cylinder is working normally. Ford Mazda Engine indicate that if a cylinder with an adjustable buffer is used, the buffer regulating valve must be adjusted to the small damping position before starting work.
