Poor lubrication is the culprit for the breakage of the big end of
Bare Engine. Due to poor lubrication, we can usually find traces of wear in other places of Bare Engine such as the inner wall of the cylinder.
Common causes of poor lubrication include: lack of oil in Bare Engine, use of inferior engine oil, excessive tilt angle of Bare Engine, or failure to replace the old engine oil inside Bare Engine on time.
1. Before starting the
Isuzu Engine every time, make a habit of checking the oil level. When the engine oil is insufficient, add an appropriate amount of engine oil in time to prevent the Isuzu Engine from running out of oil.
2. Regularly replace the engine oil of Bare Engine. Generally, Isuzu Engine need to change the engine oil every 50 hours. Because the engine oil used for a long time will gradually deteriorate, lose its lubrication effect, and collect a large amount of metal fragments, it must be replaced regularly. When changing the engine oil, all the old engine oil should be released and new engine oil should be added. It is recommended to use Baili ventilated four-stroke Isuzu Engine special engine oil to better protect the Isuzu Engine.
The piston stops near the top dead center and the small end of the connecting rod is broken", which means that the connecting rod suddenly breaks when moving downward, causing the piston to stop at the top dead center and unable to descend.
