The reliability and durability of the work of Isuzu Engine should not be too large due to the gap between the cranks.

If the gap is too large, the lubricating oil will flow out of the gap and the connecting rod mechanism will cause a large amount of oil leakage at the rear end of the crankshaft.

① During assembly, the tightness of the bearings should be checked one by one to ensure the working performance of the Bare Engine, and even cause new failures. Therefore, do a good job of inspection.

② Before installing the entire oil seal, check whether the oil seal and the crankshaft are concentric. For example, the assembly work of different crank-connecting rod assemblies is intended to prevent oil leakage due to inconsistent tightness, so as to reduce the failure rate of Isuzu Engine.

③ The tightness of the oil seal should be appropriate. Too loose will leak oil. Too tight will increase the friction resistance of the journal and heat up, and in severe cases, the bearing will be burned.
