Do you know what the requirements are for Bare Engine installation?

(1) Prepare qualified connecting rod assembly and piston, Bare Engine and retaining ring, check the gap between Bare Engine and connecting rod copper sleeve, Bare Engine and Bare Engine hole, and whether the excess is appropriate.

(2) Put the piston into water and heat it. After the water boils, heat it for 5~8min.

(3) After taking out the piston, quickly insert the small end of the connecting rod between the MG Roewe Maxus Engine, then push the piston by hand and install the retaining ring.

(4) Do not install the connecting rod and piston in the wrong direction.

(5) Do not give up halfway when inserting the Bare Engine to prevent the pin from being difficult to insert after heating.

(6) The retaining ring opening should move up and down towards the piston to prevent it from falling off during work.
