Definition and principle of Bare Engine

2025-06-04

Bare Engine is a precision hole processing process guided by the machining surface, under a certain feed pressure.
4JB1 Engine for Isuzu has stable performance
The machining allowance is removed by the relative movement of the tool and the part, and its cutting trajectory is a precision hole processing process with a cross grid.
Honing refers to the use of one or more oilstones installed around the Isuzu Engine, which are opened by the opening mechanism along the way to press the oilstone into the hole wall of the workpiece, thereby generating a certain contact surface.
At the same time, the Bare Engine rotates and reciprocates. The part does not move; or the Bare Engine only rotates and the workpiece reciprocates, thereby achieving honing.
