The intake manifold is an important accessory of Bare Engine. Its function is to control the flow of intake and exhaust. It is mainly composed of a manifold body, a manifold rod and a manifold clamp.

The manifold body is a tubular part with multiple branches inside to control the flow of intake and exhaust. The appearance and structure of the manifold body are different, but there are certain rules: at the upper end of the manifold body, there are several intake ports; at the lower end of the manifold body, there is a large port, which is the mixing port for intake and exhaust.

There is an exhaust port on the side of the manifold body. In this way, by changing the length, width and curvature of the branches inside the manifold body, the size and proportion of the intake and exhaust flow can be adjusted, thereby changing the running state of the Ford Mazda Engine.

The manifold rod is a micro-movable part. Its function is to control the opening degree of the manifold body to change the running state of the Ford Mazda Engine. The position of the manifold rod can be controlled by electronic control, mechanical control or hydraulic control. Therefore, the manifold rod can adjust the performance of the Ford Mazda Engine according to the driver's requirements.
