The fuel injection system of
Bare Engine is abnormal, causing the connecting rod to bend or break. This situation is usually caused by continuous fuel injection from the cylinder injector of the
Cummins Engine.
Usually before the phenomenon of difficult starting, idle jitter, black smoke from the exhaust pipe, power reduction, etc. After disassembly and inspection, it can be judged by observing the combustion of each cylinder.
Because the combustible mixture is thicker than other cylinders, the cylinder and cylinder head are darker than other cylinders. At the same time, the injector and its injection control line can be further checked.
The connecting rod and crankshaft cause the Bare Engine to bend or break. This situation is usually caused by poor lubrication of the Bare Engine, which can be judged by checking the wear of the internal components of the Cummins Engine.
