(1) There is a continuous and obvious knocking sound when accelerating suddenly, and the sound is like "clicking".
(2) This sound can be heard at idle, but it is obvious at medium speed and not obvious at high speed.
(3) When the temperature of the
Bare Engine changes, the noise does not change at all.
(4) After the cylinder is cut off, the noise will be significantly weakened or disappear.
(5) The excessive clearance between the connecting rod journal and the Bare Engine is the main cause of Bare Engine noise.
(6) Poor lubrication causes
Mitsubishi Engine to burn and produce Bare Engine noise. The reasons for poor lubrication are usually insufficient lubricating oil, oil channel blockage, or lubricating oil deterioration.
(7) Due to the small clearance of the Bare Engine or poor bearing quality, the alloy falls off, causing the bearing to burn and produce noise.
