If the gap is too large, the lubricating oil will flow in large quantities in the gap. The working conditions of the connecting rod mechanism are related. Improper assembly of the crank-connecting rod mechanism will affect the occurrence of losses and cause oil leakage at the rear end of the crankshaft.
①During the assembly process, the tightness of the bearings should be tested one by one to check the working performance of the MG Roewe Maxus Engine, and even cause new failures. Therefore, do a good job of inspection.
②Before installing the integral oil seal, check whether the oil seal and the crankshaft are concentric. For example, if different crank-connecting rod mechanism components are assembled, the incidence of MG Roewe maxus engine failures will cause oil leakage due to inconsistent tightness.
③The tightness of the oil seal should be appropriate. Too loose will leak oil. Too tight will increase the friction resistance of the journal and heat up, and in severe cases, the bearing will burn out.
